TARGET AUDIENCE
This activity is intended for primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.

STATEMENT OF NEED
PCPs face challenges surrounding every aspect of psoriasis care, from diagnosis to management to referral for specialty care. Since PCPs are often responsible for evaluation and management of patients with psoriasis, it is crucial that they are prepared with diagnostic skills, familiar with treatment options and guidelines, and aware of scenarios in which referral for specialist expertise is warranted. Mastery of these skills can in turn contribute to improved care for affected patients, who are often dissatisfied with care.

ACCREDITATION STATEMENT
The France Foundation is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

CREDIT DESIGNATION
Physicians
The France Foundation is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Maintenance of Certification
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 0.25 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
