TARGET AUDIENCE

This activity is intended for pulmonologists, critical care specialists, and other health care providers involved in the management of patients with pulmonary disease.

STATEMENT OF NEED

The diagnosis of PAH in children is often delayed. Thus far, many of the approaches to assessment and treatment have been based chiefly on data from the adult population, but the need for guidance specific to pediatric PAH has been recognized and only recently addressed. As new data continue to unfold, it is important that clinicians assessing and managing pediatric PAH are up to date on guidance as well as new data on potential new approaches to treatment.

ACCREDITATION STATEMENT

The France Foundation is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
