TARGET AUDIENCE
This educational activity is intended for primary care providers including family physicians, internists, nurse practitioners (NPs), and physician associates (PAs) who are involved in care of adult patients.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This is an interactive, case-based module aimed to help learners recognize the characteristics of amyloidosis, and ensure they know how to refer and prepare patients for referral.

Upon completion of this activity, the learners should be able to:

• Recognize the symptomatology characteristics of amyloidosis
• Refer patients with suspected amyloidosis for diagnosis and treatment
• Prepare patients for referral for suspected amyloidosis

Physician Assistants
The France Foundation has been authorized by the American Academy of PAs (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME Criteria. This activity is designated for 1.0 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. Approval is valid until 6/29/2024. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.
